
The summer is coming, the People are going out to the park, or working out, or just eating healthy food. However, we need to know, that the healthy habits ARE NOT exist just for the summer, but also for the whole year.
But if we want to have a healthy life, we don’t need just eating healthy or working out. The Stress is a normal illness of our century. When we have a lot of work to do, or we must study for the university, our brain, and of course our body, just wants for a little rest. The stress can be prevented just being more organized, not leaving everything for the day before and thinking that the life is ONE, and we need living our live without little problems.
The people in this month (October) like to working out. The park or the gym, are good options. If we don’t want to spend a lot of money in a gym, just doing things like walking the dog or cleaning the house, our body is working, and of course, burning calories. A lot of persons (my case) don’t like too much the exercise, for the same, I prefer to do the housework instead of going to the gym.
I’m forgetting a very important point, the NUTRITION. The nutrition is, in my opinion, the habit most important and the most difficult to acquire. Eating healthy doesn’t mean that we must just eat Lettuce and drinking water, means eating balanced. Sometimes, for our welfare, we should prefer some grilled chicken and salad. The problem, in the case of Chile, is that the people prefer eating fried food, Bread, cakes and drinks with a lot of sugar. The habit of eating fast food has been present in our country, since not to much time. This habit is normal in the U.S, but it is strange that in a country with a lot of natural recurs, we don’t eat healthy. The main reason of this, is that sometimes we don’t have enough time to eating or cooking, therefore resorted to the most easier, cheaper and faster.
But another very important thing, and we are not doing well, is sleeping. We need at least eight hours of sleep. If we don’t sleep those eight hours, our body don’t function properly, we cannot concentrate and participle more active in our studies or work.
A healthy life is not just boring habits. We could find a way to do things beneficial to our mind and body. Working out NOT just in spring and summer, eating balanced (fruits, vegetables, meat, carbohydrates and lipids in moderate quantities), sleeping eight hours and enjoying the life to avoid the stress, are just four facts for a good life.
