
The summer is coming, the People are going out to the park, or working out, or just eating healthy food. However, we need to know, that the healthy habits ARE NOT exist just for the summer, but also for the whole year.
But if we want to have a healthy life, we don’t need just eating healthy or working out. The Stress is a normal illness of our century. When we have a lot of work to do, or we must study for the university, our brain, and of course our body, just wants for a little rest. The stress can be prevented just being more organized, not leaving everything for the day before and thinking that the life is ONE, and we need living our live without little problems.
The people in this month (October) like to working out. The park or the gym, are good options. If we don’t want to spend a lot of money in a gym, just doing things like walking the dog or cleaning the house, our body is working, and of course, burning calories. A lot of persons (my case) don’t like too much the exercise, for the same, I prefer to do the housework instead of going to the gym.
I’m forgetting a very important point, the NUTRITION. The nutrition is, in my opinion, the habit most important and the most difficult to acquire. Eating healthy doesn’t mean that we must just eat Lettuce and drinking water, means eating balanced. Sometimes, for our welfare, we should prefer some grilled chicken and salad. The problem, in the case of Chile, is that the people prefer eating fried food, Bread, cakes and drinks with a lot of sugar. The habit of eating fast food has been present in our country, since not to much time. This habit is normal in the U.S, but it is strange that in a country with a lot of natural recurs, we don’t eat healthy. The main reason of this, is that sometimes we don’t have enough time to eating or cooking, therefore resorted to the most easier, cheaper and faster.
But another very important thing, and we are not doing well, is sleeping. We need at least eight hours of sleep. If we don’t sleep those eight hours, our body don’t function properly, we cannot concentrate and participle more active in our studies or work.
A healthy life is not just boring habits. We could find a way to do things beneficial to our mind and body. Working out NOT just in spring and summer, eating balanced (fruits, vegetables, meat, carbohydrates and lipids in moderate quantities), sleeping eight hours and enjoying the life to avoid the stress, are just four facts for a good life.
Hello Angee, your blog will be my homework :P Well, I´m agree about some comments which you do. You mention that a lot of people just begin to practice a healthy life now, when summer comes, but is necessary to practice a healthy life all the time. I think that people just wish to look good now because we will start to use less clothes, is a very little lot who wants to live healthy.
ResponderEliminarA lot of people (girls specially) begin to eat less, but they don´t understand that the idea is not eat less; furthermore, they eat between meals and jump foods, and this is a common and serious problem today.
Like you, I don´t like to do exercises a lot, so I´m grateful for your advice about walking the dog! Haha ;D
Hi Angela I really agree with you about that season. Many people just remember eat healthy food when the summer is close, they should eat this type of food all the year, because if you have healthy eating habits, you will never be fat.

ResponderEliminarAnge! I agree with you with many of your views, we can have a healthy life in many ways, not only eating some vegetables and doing excercises! Nowadays the Stress is a common illness and I know , we are felt it in some way, but you shouldn't forget that have a healthy life is related to all senses... and we have a very bad habbit in common! and you konw what it is! we have to stop smoking! although sometimes we feel it's necessary to calm our nervous, or when there are low temperatures, or whatever be the excuse, we know it's very harmful for our health, but we know too that it's a very hard task! but we can do it... but the real issue here is...do we really want to stop smoking? kisses and hugs!! see you!! ;D
